PRP Manifesto is like bride wedding saree

In fact, YSR might have already obtained the contents of Chiru's manifesto through his moles in PRP, though Chiru may think he has kept the manifesto under lock and key. As a senior journalist remarked, manifesto is not like a wedding saree that bride wears only at the time of wedding. He should at least display the saree to the people to attract them before others do the same.
