Arthi Agarwal started her second innings recently. Her first movie is Neelaveni a female oriented movie. Neelaveni was launched in Rama Naidu Studios today. Arthi plays a village girl who becomes a rebel. Bharat Parepally is directing movie. The makers are planning to release this movie in September
