Flute Nagaraju and SiraSri shine in Guinness Event!!!


Yesterday (May 10th 2009) was a historic day for many of the devotees of Lord Venkateshwara and the place to be was the parade grounds in Secunderabad. The 'Annamayya Laksha Gala Sankeerthana' took off and created a new Guinness records with more than 1 lakh people reciting the Annamayya Keerthanas at one time. The icing on the cake was however given by the noted lyrics writer Sirasri who wrote the inaugural song and the music was composed by music maestro Flute Nagaraju. Both received special accolades for coming up with some really wonderful lyrics and masterly composition. Mani Raju and Nihal have sung the song with utmost perfection that brought electricity in the spines of spectators.
