Political Films Derail

When all are in an election frenzy film makers too wanted to cash in. In that mood many films were launched and there was hope that a few films would release around election time. Three days way from the D-Day not a single political movie has released till date. The only surviving is movie is a limping Mestri.

Posani Krishna Murli had vouched that his film Rajavari Chepala Cheruvu would release before elections but the promos of the film also have not released till date. Jagapathi babu’s Adhineta has only seen its audio launch, the film is slated to release much latter. What is the reason for these delayed releases of such movies?

The reasons attributed seem to be recession, lack of audience interest accompanied with the summer. With such multiple reasons the film releases have taken a hit.

Anyway the reel political (read political films) have taken a backseat in these days of real politics.
