Big Fight For RGV’s 'Rakta Charitra'

It looks like Ramgopal Varma is all set to come up with a very ambitious movie of his life with the film ‘Rakta Charitra’. It is known that the movie is said to be based on the life of the slain TDP MLA Paritala Ravi. Currently, there seems to be a major tussle on for lead role and other roles in the film.

It is heard that Ramu is looking at parts-1,2 since it is taking 5 hours for him to complete the entire story. Apparently, RGV is said to have done a detailed study about Dawood Ibrahim, Velupillai Prabhakaran, Chota Rajan etc but then he felt that Paritala’s story is the best.

There is also news that it will be made into a bilingual and since then there are many who are approaching him for roles. It is also said that Ramu is being subjected to pressures and recommendation for roles so only time will tell whether it is going to be a new face or an existing face.
